We are concerned with the cost of medical care and make every effort to keep it down. For this reason, we have prepared a Patient Financial Policy which best protects both of our financial needs. You will be required to sign a copy of this policy prior to your first appointment.
Any co-pay or deductible must be paid at time of service - MasterCard and Visa are accepted for your convenience. We are Medicare providers and accept assignment. We are also participants with many managed care carriers. Please check with our office staff for specific plans. Other arrangements can be made with our office for unique circumstances.
