We realize that from time to time you may not be able to keep your appointment with us. We would appreciate your cooperation by calling our office to cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as you realize that you cannot make it to our office. This will allow us to use this time to be of assistance to other patients who would like to be seen. Please call 24 hours in advance if possible.
